Now Hiring - Retail Account Representative in Oak Brook, IL

Our team is currently expanding their retail account division and are looking to add additional staff to their team. We are seeking someone who enjoys the personal touch when providing for clients and customers and put service at the top of their priority list. This role is actively working and engaging customers in a fast paced setting with the ability to provide personalized experiences.

Daily Responsibilities:

- Attending staff meetings & trainings

- Staying up to date on clients product and service lines as well as competitor offers

- Ability to engage customers independently in order to drive revenue

- Ability to attend zoom meetings virtually and operate a tablet / smartphone

- Oversee entire sales process using a POS

- Exceed customer expectations and ensure every customer experience is personalized

- Meet and exceed sales goals

- Keep working area tidy at all times and up to compliant standards

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $13.00 - $20.00 per hour
